So funktioniert der kontaktlose Check-in

Der Prozess ist denkbar einfach und in wenigen Schritten erledigt. Nach Ihrer Buchung erhalten Sie alle notwendigen Informationen per E-Mail, damit Sie sich optimal auf Ihre Anreise vorbereiten können.

  • Schritt 1: Zimmer buchen - Buchen Sie Ihr Zimmer wie gewohnt über unsere Website, per E-Mail oder telefonisch.
  • Schritt 2: Zugangscode erhalten - Vor Ihrer Anreise erhalten Sie per E-Mail einen persönlichen Zugangscode für die Salto App.
  • Schritt 3: Salto App herunterladen - Laden Sie die kostenlose Salto App aus dem App Store (iOS) oder Google Play Store (Android) auf Ihr Smartphone herunter.
  • Schritt 4: Code eingeben und einchecken - Geben Sie Ihren persönlichen Code in der App ein. Ihr Smartphone wird nun zum digitalen Zimmerschlüssel.
  • Schritt 5: Zimmer öffnen - Halten Sie Ihr Smartphone einfach an das Türschloss Ihres Zimmers - die Tür öffnet sich automatisch.

How Contactless Check-in Works

The process is straightforward and takes just a few simple steps. After your booking, you will receive all the necessary information via email so you can prepare for a smooth arrival.

  • Step 1: Book your room - Reserve your room as usual through our website, by email, or by phone.
  • Step 2: Receive your access code - Before your arrival, you will receive a personal access code for the Salto App via email.
  • Step 3: Download the Salto App - Download the free Salto App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) onto your smartphone.
  • Step 4: Enter code and check in - Enter your personal code in the app. Your smartphone now serves as your digital room key.
  • Step 5: Open your room - Simply hold your smartphone against the door lock of your room - the door opens automatically.
